Polar Ice Gilbert

Coach Naomi Lang’s Ballet class is specially designed for skaters. This 60-minute class focuses on basic ballet positions, upper body movement, stretching and core muscle development. With this class, skaters will improve their body line for skating, timing and rhythm, coordination and flexibility.

Naomi’s 15 years of ballet training incorporates ballet positions and arm placement in all levels of skating beginner through advanced.  Ballet helps fundamentals of skating as well as overall flexibility.  Naomi’s has worked with skaters from all over the US, including skaters that have attended US Nationals.  Some her choreography has been televised on the Hallmark Channel and NBC.
